Harvard Division of Continuing Education Professional & Executive Development works with clients in three primary ways to advance their organizational learning and development goals:

Volume purchase of seats in open enrollment programs

Train your leaders, managers, and high-potential individual contributors alongside their peers in open enrollment Professional & Executive Development programs on-campus or online. Enable your team to enroll in any scheduled programs to meet your organizational objectives or their individual professional development goals. Volume discounts are available for annual commitments of as few as 20 program seats, to be used by individuals designated by you.

Participants from your organization can enroll in any available program, either individually or in groups of up to six per session. Your participants will benefit from being a member of a diverse learning cohort that typically includes learners from multiple countries and continents, a wide variety of industries, and roles representing all aspects of their organizations. The diversity of experiences and viewpoints add a level of richness and perspective to the learning experience that contribute to our outstanding participant and client reviews.

Exclusive client-specific programs tailored to your organization

Our highly flexible sessions based on open enrollment programs can be held at our One Brattle Square executive development facility, online, or at your organization’s chosen facility. In-person sessions are typically 2 to 4 days in length and are full-day, immersive experiences. Live online programs provide scheduling flexibility with sessions available in shorter blocks, which can be delivered over several days or weeks to suit your organization’s unique needs.

Exclusive program engagements include consultation with the Professional & Executive Development team and instructors to ensure that your professional development learning experience is tailored to your objectives and participant profile. All participants who successfully complete the program earn a certificate of completion from Professional & Executive Development at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
