Angela Jackson

Angela Jackson, Ed.L.D., is a Lecturer at Harvard University and CEO of Future Forward Strategies, a labor market intelligence and advisory firm that helps organizations build high-performing, future-ready workforces. A recognized authority on the future of work, leadership, and workforce innovation, she researches how organizations can unlock human potential in the age of AI and rapid technological change. Her work has been published in Harvard Business Review and Stanford Social Innovation Review, and her insights have been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, BBC, Fast Company, and The Economist. She is the author of the New York Times, USA Today, and Los Angeles Times bestselling book, The Win-Win Workplace: How Thriving Employees Drive Bottom-Line Success.

Previously, Angela was Managing Partner at New Profit, where she launched the Future of Work Grand Challenge, an initiative that helped reskill more than 25,000 workers displaced by COVID-19 while building a national ecosystem of employers, philanthropies, and education partners. Earlier in her career, she held global leadership roles at Viacom and Nokia, overseeing multimillion-dollar business operations and driving organizational growth. She currently serves as a board member and advisor to organizations including Arena Analytics, Guild Education, and Needham Bank, helping leaders navigate the intersection of talent, innovation, and long-term business performance.
