Doug Ng
Douglas Ng is the AI Enablement Officer at Keystone’s Global Strategic Advisory Practice. He brings experience spanning AI transformation, digital strategy, and product innovation, with a focus on helping organizations turn emerging technologies into scalable, real-world impact.
Prior to joining Keystone, Douglas served as Head of AI-Scaled Products, Chief of Staff, and Instructor at Harvard’s Digital Data Design Institute (now the HBS AI Institute). He helped bridge cutting-edge AI research and practical business application and led the development of Harvard Business School’s first portfolio of AI-native learning products and built partnerships that helped enterprises, governments, and institutions adopt Generative and Agentic AI at scale.
Douglas continues to serve as a Senior Instructor of Executive AI Activation at the HBS AI Institute, where he leads executive workshops designed to help senior leaders apply emerging AI capabilities within their organizations.
He has taught at leading institutions including Harvard, Columbia, Dartmouth, UC Irvine, and CUNY Lehman College, with a focus on applied machine learning, data science, and digital business strategy. He has also advised senior leaders around the world on AI strategy across industries including financial services, healthcare, media, telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, and energy.
Earlier in his career, Douglas held leadership roles in new product development, corporate innovation, and clinical research. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
