Kyle Glover
Kyle Glover is a partner at Pierce Atwood LLP and a consultant on negotiation and dispute resolution. He is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a member of the advisory board of the Harvard Mediation Program. He has previously served as a faculty member of the Harvard Negotiation Institute and as a lecturer on law at Harvard Law School, where he taught negotiation.
In his law practice, Kyle assists clients with a wide range of matters related to the negotiation of complex technology and intellectual property transactions. In addition to providing subject-matter and legal expertise, Kyle advises clients on negotiation strategy throughout the deal life cycle, including deal set-up and structure, negotiation process, and substantive contract issues. He also represents clients in negotiations with transaction counterparties, employing negotiation techniques and best practices to resolve conflict, clarify concepts, and create value. Other attorneys also regularly consult Kyle for advice on resolving difficult negotiation problems.
In addition to practicing law, Kyle teaches and consults on negotiation-related matters. He regularly designs and conducts training programs and workshops on negotiation and effective communication for nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the United States and abroad.
Prior to entering private practice, Kyle clerked for the Hon. Jon O. Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for the Hon. F. Dennis Saylor IV of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Kyle is also a graduate of the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he was awarded the Stewart Prize for academic excellence. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
Kyle enjoys board games and is an avid hiker, skier, and water skier. He lives in Maine with his wife, Susan, and their twin daughters, Skye and Lindy.
