Laurie Pascal

Laurie Pascal is President of Pascal Coaching and Consulting LLC and a Senior Lecturer in Health Management at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She brings more than 30 years of professional experience in organizational behavior, strategy, and leadership to both graduate-level and executive learners across industries and geographies.

Her leadership and executive coaching practice enables healthcare, biotech, nonprofit, higher education, and other sector executives to clarify their goals and passions, enhance their leadership and management capabilities, more effectively lead their teams and organizations, and make desired career transitions.

Her consulting work with international and U.S. organizations focuses on leadership and team development, organizational effectiveness, and effecting change. Selected recent clients include the Gulf Health Council (Middle East), American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society of Clinical Oncology, McKesson/US Oncology Network, University of North Carolina, and Mass General Brigham.

Previously, she was Vice President of Business Development & Planning and Vice President of Radiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She formerly held senior executive positions in health insurance, financial services, and academia. She has served on a variety of nonprofit boards including Lasell University, Lasell Village Senior Living Community, and Goddard House Assisted Living.

Laurie earned an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, an MPH in Management and Policy from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree from Pine Manor College. She is certified by the Center for Executive Coaching.

An international mystery buff and word puzzler, she sings in a chorus and is an avid hiker and traveler (all 7 continents!) while enjoying her multi-generational family.
