Sarah is an Associate Director of Innovation Consulting at EPAM Continuum. Blending analytical rigor with an appreciation for the human experience, she employs a design thinking approach to help companies discover new business opportunities, assess the value and impact of proposed ideas, and launch innovative products and services. Her favorite projects embrace quantitatively informed new business design. Selected work includes reimagining executive education, envisioning the home of the future, transforming care for the sick and elderly, driving behavior change for people with obesity, and developing luxury skincare solutions.

Prior to joining EPAM Continuum, Sarah worked in payment technology and financial services for Visa, holding roles in finance, merchant acceptance, and issuer consulting. She also worked with Portugal’s largest Venture Capital firm, specializing in disruptive technology coming out of Europe, where she proposed investment recommendations, provided strategic guidance for portfolio companies, and managed partnerships with international offices to support global scalability.

Sarah studied economics and math at Stanford University and received her MBA with a focus on innovation from MIT Sloan. She speaks English, Spanish, and a little Portuguese. She has taught Design Thinking at MIT, Babson, and Harvard.
