With deep expertise in B2B marketing, he has led high-performing teams and launched transformative programs at companies like Verizon, Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, and Panasonic. Renowned for navigating ambiguity and building powerful brand-to-demand engines, Tim consistently delivers go-to-market strategies that connect marketing investments to measurable business outcomes.

As Chief Marketing Officer at YouScience, Tim is shaping the future workforce by advancing personalized, data-driven decision-making for students and adults worldwide. Under his leadership, the company has achieved double-digit revenue growth year-over-year, and his work has been featured in national outlets including U.S. News & World Report, Chicago Tribune, NPR, and The Fordham Institute. In 2024, he received the prestigious Executive Excellence Award from Utah Business. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University.
