Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson

Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson is dedicated to supporting authentic leadership development on a global scale. With over 20 years of professional experience across various industries, she is the founder of the ClaraFying Coaching and Consulting Institute. Here, she teaches, coaches, and consults with visionary leaders on how to implement systemic and lasting positive change, beginning with personal transformation.

Clara teaches Authentic Leadership, Leadership Coaching Strategies, and Executive Leadership Coaching, and serves as an executive coach in our Women Leaders programs at Harvard DCE Professional & Executive Development.

As a keynote speaker, Clara frequently travels to discuss topics related to her books, Create Your Best Year One Day at a Time and Ask for What You Want, which encapsulate her leadership development philosophy of clarity, courage, and conviction.

Clara is a graduate of Lesley University, where she earned a self-designed degree in Life & Business Management. She holds certifications as a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Consultant, Resiliency Trainer, and is certified in the Positive Intelligence (PQ) modality. Additionally, she has obtained certifications in Life, Business, and Master Coaching from the Strategic Learning Alliance.

Clara regularly travels with her family around the world and to her home country, the Dominican Republic, where she leads leadership and wellness retreats for leaders.
