She began her career in banking and lending at Bank of America before transitioning into coaching in 2008 to focus on leadership development and organizational impact.

She teaches Executive Leadership Coaching, Leadership Coaching Strategies, and Authentic Leadership, and serves as an executive coach for the Women in Leadership programs at Harvard DCE’s Professional & Executive Development. She is also a Business Advisor for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where she advises entrepreneurs on scaling sustainable, high-impact enterprises.

Clara’s work is grounded in her Ripples of Influence model, an integrative leadership framework that examines how individual awareness, decision-making, and behavior extend outward to shape organizational culture, systems, and broader societal outcomes. Through this lens, she supports leaders in aligning internal transformation with measurable external impact. She has worked with clients across more than 20 countries and industries, bringing a strategic and interdisciplinary approach to leadership, communication, and business growth.

She is a three-time bestselling author of Create Your Best Year One Day At A Time and Ask for What You Want, an international speaker, and a recognized leader selected for the ALX 100.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, her work centers on expanding leadership capacity and cultivating purpose-driven influence at scale.
