Jackie Glenn is the Founder and CEO of Glenn Inclusion & HR Solutions, a leadership and organizational development consultancy that partners with executives and teams to shape high-performing, people-centered workplaces. With over three decades of experience in corporate strategy and human resources, Jackie brings a proven track record of driving cultural transformation and sustainable growth across global organizations. 

She is the best-selling author of Lift As I Climb: An Immigrant Girl’s Journey Through Corporate America, an instructional memoir that shares the ten guiding principles she used to chart her journey from humble beginnings in Jamaica to Global Executive in a Fortune 100 company. Her story continues to inspire professionals and emerging leaders across industries. 

During her tenure as a senior executive at EMC Corporation, Jackie led enterprise-wide initiatives that redefined company culture, strengthened employee engagement, and fostered collaboration across functions and geographies. Her leadership played a vital role in EMC’s successful integration into Dell Technologies, where she co-led efforts to build a unified, future-focused workforce. 

Today, through her own consulting firm, Jackie advises organizations on leadership effectiveness, workplace innovation, and cultural evolution. She specializes in helping companies navigate the complexities of today’s multigenerational workforce — creating environments where seasoned professionals and emerging talent can thrive side by side. Her services include executive coaching, strategic planning, team development, and organizational assessments designed to align mission with impact. 

Jackie is the Board Chair of the Museum of African American History in Boston and Nantucket and a former board member of SmartBear and Beth Israel Deaconess Milton. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Lesley University and a bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel College in Boston.
