A dedicated student and teacher of the beliefs and behaviors that drive 1% sales and sales management performance, he focuses on the mindsets and methods that strengthen durable business relationships. He has taught at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education and Boston College since 2005.

Westman’s students say he “brings a passion and enthusiasm that pairs with an unparalleled depth of knowledge on world class selling” and “it is extremely rare to find a teacher who has so much hands-on experience, passion, and eagerness to go over and above to help others grow, learn, and succeed.”

Westman has led commercial efforts, including strategy, sales management, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, resulting in dramatically improved business results for market-leading and start-up healthcare companies.
