Nick Psyhogeos

Nick Psyhogeos is the co-founder and CEO of Fork, a groundbreaking tech start-up incubated at the Harvard Innovation Lab, utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to guide employees toward higher-paying, in-demand occupations. He is also an instructor at Harvard Extension School, where he teaches courses on digital technology and the future of work, and serves as a Lecturer of Intellectual Property at Boston University School of Law.

With nearly two decades at Microsoft, Nick held various leadership roles in legal, intellectual property, and business teams worldwide, including serving as President of Microsoft Technology Licensing, the company’s patent subsidiary. He began his career as an IP litigator at Holland & Knight before transitioning to in-house counsel at Microsoft.

In addition to his corporate experience, Nick has served as general counsel for an AI start-up in the biomedical field and as a Fellow in Harvard’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs Scholar’s Program. His 2017 book, Confessions of a Global Negotiator: A Quick Guide to the 5 Rules Business Development Professionals Need to Close Great Deals, received a Gold Award from the Nonfiction Authors Association and chronicles his insights into navigating complex commercial negotiations.
