Luke Albertson

Luke Albertson is a healthcare and educational consultant, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of DWUS Inc. In this role, Luke leads operations and oversees technology to fulfill the growing need for high-quality, affordable mental health services. Luke’s commitment to teaching excellence at Harvard has recently been recognized with the Dean Shinagel Exceptional Teaching Award.

Nicole Ames

Nicole Ames built her expertise in Digital Marketing by working with top international brands including 3M, White Claw, and Sallie Mae, leading strategic initiatives and developing high-performing, integrated marketing teams. In addition to her consulting business, she has honed her teaching experience through graduate-level Digital Marketing courses at Emerson College, Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and Harvard Extension School.

Margaret Andrews

Margaret Andrews is a seasoned executive, academic leader, speaker, and instructor with over thirty years of professional experience. She has held a variety of senior management positions and has taught, spoken, and consulted across the globe. She creates and teaches a variety of courses and professional and executive programs at Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education.

Andy Bandyopadhyay

Andy Bandyopadhyay is the founder and CEO of Attune Insights, a B2B SaaS platform that makes it easy for financial institutions to better align their products and services with the financial health needs of their clients. He teaches at the Berkeley Haas School of Business, where he challenges Silicon Valley founders to put people first, and is a science journalist focusing on LGBTQ2S+ issues.

Stacy Blake-Beard

Stacy Blake-Beard is a renowned scholar, consultant, speaker, mentor, and coach. She is a faculty member at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Dr. Blake-Beard’s area of expertise is working with organizational leaders to identify challenges and opportunities associated with integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Bob Bordone

Robert. C Bordone (Bob) is an internationally recognized expert, author, speaker, and teacher in negotiation, conflict resolution, mediation, and facilitation. Currently a Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School and Founder and Principal of The Cambridge Negotiation Institute, he served on the full-time faculty at Harvard Law School for over two decades as the Thaddeus R. Beal Clinical Professor of Law, Director, and Founder of the Harvard Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program.

Bryce Bow

Bryce Bow is a university instructor, strategist, and coach. He’s worked with leaders in a wide range of industries across the US and abroad, from Fortune 500 companies and startups to nonprofits and government entities. In addition to a graduate degree from Indiana University and certificates from Penn’s Wharton School, Bryce completed coursework and assisted with course development and teaching at Harvard Extension School.

Diana Buttu

Diana was a fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and at Harvard Law School. She is an instructor at Harvard Extension School. She specializes in negotiations, international law, and international human rights law. She worked on the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations, serving as the only female negotiator during her five-year tenure.

Sarah Callaway

Sarah is an Associate Director of Innovation Consulting at EPAM Continuum. Blending analytical rigor with an appreciation for the human experience, she employs a design thinking approach to help companies discover new business opportunities, assess the value and impact of proposed ideas, and launch innovative products and services. She has taught Design Thinking at MIT, Babson College, and Harvard.

Jon Campbell

Jon has led client engagements with a breadth of organizations from startups to Fortune 50 companies, including UnitedHealthcare, Pepsico, Sun Life Financial, and the City of Boston. He leads experience and service design for Continuum, a global innovation design consultancy.
