Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson

Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson is an internationally recognized executive coach, leadership educator, and author whose mission is to cultivate authentic, confident leaders who drive systemic and sustainable change. She is the author of Create Your Best Year One Day at a Time and Ask for What You Want, two transformational books that combine personal reflection with practical strategies for leadership and life.
As the founder of the ClaraFying Coaching and Consulting Institute, Clara has created a space where leaders develop with clarity, confidence, and consciousness. Her work spans executive coaching, leadership development, keynote speaking, and transformational group experiences — all designed to support personal and organizational growth.
At Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education, Clara is an instructor for the Authentic Leadership, Executive Leadership Coaching, and Leadership Coaching Strategies programs. She is also a coach for the Women in Leadership programs, where she equips female leaders with the tools to navigate and thrive in complex business environments.
Rooted in her Dominican heritage and shaped by more than two decades of experience, Clara integrates traditional leadership principles with a holistic development philosophy. She holds a self-designed Life and Business Management degree from Lesley University and is a certified Positive Intelligence (PQ) practitioner, Master Coach, and Resiliency Trainer. Her methodology merges coaching, mindfulness, cultural wisdom, and business strategy — supporting leaders to align their inner values with their external impact.
Her core framework, Ripples of Influence™, illustrates how confident and authentic leadership begins with the self and expands outward to impact teams, organizations, and entire communities. Clara helps leaders understand and strengthen their influence at multiple levels:
- Self-Leadership – developing emotional awareness, self-trust, and clarity of purpose.
- Relational Leadership – fostering deep, honest connections with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Organizational Leadership – driving equitable systems and cultures of accountability.
- Societal Impact – using one’s voice and position to create positive, systemic change.
Whether as a keynote speaker, panelist, or facilitator, Clara inspires with authenticity, warmth, and wisdom. Her talks leave audiences with powerful insights, actionable tools, and a renewed belief in their leadership potential.
