Špela Trefalt is an executive coach, educator, and researcher specializing in leadership development, work-life integration, and strategic relationships. She earned her Doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and served as a professor of management at Simmons University. A Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she supports leaders across consulting, law, finance, healthcare, and academia.

Louise Keogh Weed

Louise is an instructor in the department of health management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and is affiliate faculty at the Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care. She is also the owner/principal at KW Facilitation.

John Westman
