Shawn O’Connor
Shawn O’Connor is a management consultant, serial entrepreneur, and academic. Having previously worked with McKinsey & Company and Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), Shawn is the founder and CEO of Locus Strategic Consulting.
In 2006, Shawn launched Stratus Prep, an educational consulting firm, which he grew to approximately 100 team members serving students in over 50 countries. Shawn sold Stratus Prep to a private equity firm in 2014. Shawn has taught graduate business courses in management consulting, strategy, marketing, and business law at various universities, including Harvard where Shawn has won two Dean’s Commendations for Distinguished Teaching Performance. Shawn has an MBA (high honors) from Harvard Business School and J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School.
