Tessa Misiaszek
With a career that spans nearly 30 years, Tessa Misiaszek served as President, Leadership Solutions for AMN Healthcare and vice president of the Korn Ferry Institute where she led research and strategic initiatives across the firm. With a focus on delivering data-driven insights, Misiaszek has designed scalable solutions to advance workforce optimization and brand strategies that operationalize values through talent. She has also served as a business school professor having taught marketing and brand strategy at Hult International Business School, NYU, Harvard DCE Professional & Executive Development, and Simmons University. She served as CEO of Empathetics Inc, securing the Series A financing round, and COO of Quality Interactions.
Misiaszek co-authored and published the book, “Branding That Means Business,” in September 2022 with Hachette Publishing and Profile Books. Her recent works also explore topics from the future of work, generational differences in the workplace, and women’s leadership including the largest study conducted by a professional services firm examining the impact of menopause on women at work. Misiaszek has been featured on MSNBC, Bloomberg, and published by The Economist.
Misiaszek holds a Ph.D. from Simmons University, MPH from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
