Creating the conditions for team members’ empowerment and building a healthy culture continues to be a critical objective for companies and leaders. Coaches play an important role in helping leaders promote individual growth and performance and nurture positive cultures in which team members thrive. This unique program, facilitated by certified executive coaches and leadership educators, offers science-based approaches to advance your skills in executive and leadership coaching.

In this interactive 2-day program, participants will deepen their understanding of the principles of neuroscience, human development, and leadership theories; and explore how to utilize your own journey and strengths in coaching to enhance your impact. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the concepts to client scenarios through peer-coaching sessions and leave with tools to integrate into coaching engagements to inspire client growth and change.

Who Should Enroll

This advanced coaching program is appropriate for external coaches interested in deepening their coaching practice as well as internal coaching professionals with experience coaching employees. Those with a minimum of three years or 100 hours of experience as coaches will find this program highly beneficial.

Executive coaches with less than three years or 100 hours of coaching experience should enroll in Leadership Coaching Strategies before advancing to this program.
