U.S. immigration updates: A federal court has granted Harvard’s motion for a temporary restraining order halting enforcement of the June 4 presidential proclamation while our case proceeds. The court also extended its previous order, stopping the federal government from revoking Harvard’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) certification. A hearing has been scheduled for June 16.

Luke Albertson

Luke Albertson is a healthcare and educational consultant, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of DWUS Inc. In this role, Luke leads operations and oversees technology to fulfill the growing need for high-quality, affordable mental health services. Under his leadership, the DWUS Inc. team has established numerous successful Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs in Texas and successfully launched Mazzy Health’s mobile and web apps nationwide, incorporating health diagnostic technology to improve behavioral health outcomes.

Luke is the founder and former CEO of MCP, a firm dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes. Under his leadership, MCP partnered with countless colleges and universities to provide strategic guidance, professional development programs, and curricula updates. His dedication to educational excellence earned him the “Educational Entrepreneur of the Year” award by Bramble. Luke sold MCP to a strategic buyer in 2021.

In addition to his consulting and entrepreneurial ventures, Luke serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Echo Imaging Solutions, a high-growth startup revolutionizing diagnostic healthcare delivery through mobile imaging solutions.

Luke’s commitment to teaching excellence at Harvard has recently been recognized with the Dean Shinagel Exceptional Teaching Award.
