Eric J. McNulty

Eric J. McNulty is Associate Director and Program Faculty at the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI) at Harvard University. He is an instructor at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where he teaches leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Drawing on research in areas from applied neuroscience to psychology to organizational behavior, McNulty has helped leaders navigate transformational change, crisis, and the demands of everyday business.

Tessa Misiaszek

Tessa is the Head of Research with the Korn Ferry Institute. She is also an Instructor with Harvard Division of Continuing Education and is the cofounder of the Happy at Work podcast. She also taught in the Simmons School of Management and Hult International Business School for several years.

Nick Morgan

Nick has written hundreds of articles for local and national publications, and appears frequently on radio and TV. Nick is a former Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

Kevin Mullaney

Dr. Kevin Mullaney is an executive leadership coach at Harvard Business School and emeritus chair of the U.S. Naval Academy’s Leadership, Ethics, and Law department. A retired senior Naval officer, he leads the Naval Academy’s Center for Leadership Research and Assessment. Mullaney has coached global executives and developed leadership education programs for military and non-profit organizations.

Teresa Nelson

Teresa is the founder of Diversity North Group, a business consulting firm bridging academic research with management practice. A former business school professor, she has taught on five continents and advised organizations including the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine and Trillium Asset Management. She previously served on the National Women’s Business Council, advising the White House and Congress on issues of women as business owners.

Teo Nicolais

Teo Nicolais is a real estate entrepreneur who loves to teach. He is an active instructor at Harvard Extension School and Professional & Executive Development programs. In addition, he is President of his real estate investment company, Nicolais, LLC, which invests in multifamily rental properties in the Denver metro area. A graduate of Harvard College, he holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Shawn O’Connor

Shawn has taught graduate business courses in management consulting, strategy, marketing, and business law at various universities, including Harvard where Shawn has won two Dean's Commendations for Distinguished Teaching Performance.

Anne Occhipinti

Anne is the assistant dean for professional education at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She conducts many leadership and professional development trainings with a particular emphasis on self-awareness.

Bill Pacheco

Bill Pacheco is an innovation leader and educator with over 30 years of experience in design thinking, product management, and engineering. He has led teams at Keurig Dr. Pepper and Cybex International and served as an instructor and coach at Stanford’s d.school, Boston University, and Trinity College. As CEO of Open Until 8, LLC, Bill helps organizations accelerate innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Laurie Pascal

Laurie Pascal is President of Pascal Coaching and Consulting LLC and a Senior Lecturer in Health Management at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where she brings more than 30 years of industry experience in organizational behavior, strategy, and leadership to both traditional graduate and mid-career learners. Her consulting work with international and US organizations focuses on leadership and team development, organizational effectiveness, and effecting change.
