Cheryl Harris is a leadership coach, organizational consultant, trainer, and founder of Cheryl Harris and Associates, Inc., which has helped leaders in private and public organizations increase organizational effectiveness since 2004. She has designed and delivered training at Harvard University’s Foundations of Leadership Development Program and provided diversity, equity and inclusion consulting and training at Harvard Kennedy School as well as Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Additionally, Cheryl has provided leadership coaching at Simmons University, School of Management in the executive education program. She has designed and facilitated workshops for and consulted to a number of organizations on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion, unconscious bias, and managing competing priorities and team building including Pfizer Corporation, Vertex, Massachusetts General Hospital, Fulcrum Research Group, and The Attleboro Public Schools, to name some.
Prior to launching her firm, Cheryl was a managing partner of Ibis Consulting Group. She worked as the human resources director at Executive Perspectives and served in several leadership roles at Delta Dental Plan of MA as director of operations, director of customer service, and human resources professional. Cheryl is an ICF certified coach and holds a BA in English Literature from Emmanuel College in MA and an M.Div. from Boston University School of Theology.
