Nancy Forsyth.

Nancy Forsyth is a leadership and talent consultant bringing over 30 years of industry experience in executive leadership, strategy and talent/team/leadership development. She has led or consulted on numerous business transformation and organizational change initiatives, and her consulting work focuses on organizational transformation, team development, the intersection between strategy and talent management, and leadership development.

Previous roles have included President of Allyn & Bacon publishing, President of Pearson’s Teacher Education, Professional Development and Student Success division, Pearson’s Global SVP of Talent, Leadership, and DEI Strategy, and VP of Leadership Development and Employee Learning at Pearson North America. A thread that runs through her work is a dedication to helping others achieve their highest potential.

Nancy’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion runs deep. In addition to her decades long professional work in DEI, Nancy draws from her own experience as a lesbian and as a mother of a genderqueer college student. Her most current volunteer work includes serving as Clerk for Greater Boston PFLAG Board and as a Commissioner for Massachusetts Commission for LGBTQ+ Youth.  Nancy is also a founding investor in several social impact funds that invest in early-stage and growth companies led by people of color and LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. Other funds focus on fem-tech, active aging, and sustainability.

She holds a business degree with specialization in organizational behavior and psychology from the University of New Hampshire, has earned several certifications, and has participated in executive education programs at Wharton, Cornell and Harvard. She’s a theatre enthusiast, a lover of gardens and a passionate traveler.
