Paul Green, Jr.

Paul is an instructor at Harvard Extension School where he teaches a course in organizational behavior. He studies ways in which connections at work can enable or constrain important individual and organizational outcomes like engagement, fulfillment, motivation and performance, and individual development.

Jemalyn Griffin

Jemalyn is an Adjunct Professor at Harvard Extension School and Harvard Summer School, teaching Social Media Management courses. She is an integrated marketing communications industry expert and Advertising and Public Relations Professor of Practice for the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Alexis Griffith-Waye

Alexis is the former Director of Employee Learning and Development at the Center for Workplace Development for Harvard University. Alexis has delivered end-to-end learning services throughout North America and globally in management, leadership, sales, professional development, technology, diversity, and compliance.

Joel Gurin

Joel is president and founder of the Center for Open Data Enterprise, a Washington-based nonprofit that works to maximize the value of open data as a public resource. He previously served as chair of the White House Task Force on Smart Disclosure and as chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau of the US Federal Communications Commission.

Cheryl Harris

Cheryl has designed and delivered training at Harvard University’s Foundations of Leadership Development Program and provided diversity, equity and inclusion consulting and training at Harvard Kennedy School as well as Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences.

Taz Hussein

Taz is a partner in the Boston office of The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit consulting firm that advises mission-driven organizations on matters related to strategy, funding, and talent. He also teaches Management Consulting at the Harvard Extension School.

Cynthia Ingols

Cynthia Ingols earned a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She currently serves on the Board of the Case Research Journal, and is a Fellow at Simmons University’s Institute for Inclusive Leadership.

Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson is a Harvard Professional Development Programs instructor, a best-selling author, and a strategic advisor to both start-ups and large brands in his native Bay Area; he recently served as an expert-in-residence for Nike in Portland, Oregon. He received his PhD in cognitive psychology from Princeton University.

Julie Jungalwala

Julie has over 15 years experience as a leadership consultant, trainer, and coach. As a learning and development consultant at Harvard University, Julie was the recipient of the Harvard Hero award for outstanding contributions to the University.

Olivia Kang

Olivia is the founding Director of Learning and Design for Outsmarting Human Minds: A Project at Harvard University, a media series she built with Professor Mahzarin Banaji to teach about the science of implicit bias and decision-making.
