Blake Lindsay

Blake is a core leader of McKinsey Implementation and our Electric Power & Natural Gas Practice, focused on driving sustainable change through large-scale transformations. His transformation work is focused primarily in heavy-asset industries, particularly in electric utilities. Blake is also a guest speaker for the Beyond Strategic Planning program with Harvard Professional & Executive Development.

Ben Little

Ben Little is an accomplished professor, practitioner, and researcher with a strong passion for innovation. As the Vice President of Design Strategy at Fidelity Investments, he leads explorations of new technologies and experiences. Additionally, Ben serves as the Program Director of Design Innovation at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where he leads graduate studies for students pursuing careers in new product and service design.

Laura Manley

Laura Manley is the Executive Director of the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. She is also an Instructor at the Harvard Extension School.

Anne Manning

Anne brings over 25 years of experience working with senior executives at Fortune 500 firms, providing counsel in strategy, marketing insights, communications, innovation, and creativity. Her work has focused on infusing marketing and communications planning with an empathetically based customer focus that results in long-term brand commitment and loyalty.

Michael McCarthy

Michael McCarthy is an experienced leader, serial entrepreneur, and educator with a career focused on driving innovation and developing leadership skills. For over 12 years, he has served as an instructor at Harvard Division of Continuing Education, teaching courses on positive workplace dynamics, entrepreneurship, and sales management. Over his career, he has led seven successful companies, including ten years as the world’s top stock market timer, managing teams of traders in Boston and New York.

David McIntosh

David is the founder and president of Creative Business Breakthroughs, where he designs and leads strategic planning sessions and management development programs for businesses and nonprofits. He earned his MBA and AB from Harvard University.

Madeline McNeely

Madeline teaches Non-Profit leadership and Community Engagement at Harvard Extension School and is Coach, Facilitator and Coach Recruiter at Harvard Business School. Supporting clients to think in innovative ways and develop new habits to solve their most vexing challenges is her sweet spot.

Eric J. McNulty

Eric J. McNulty is Associate Director and Program Faculty at the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI) at Harvard University. He is an instructor at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where he teaches leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Drawing on research in areas from applied neuroscience to psychology to organizational behavior, McNulty has helped leaders navigate transformational change, crisis, and the demands of everyday business.

Tessa Misiaszek

Tessa is the Head of Research with the Korn Ferry Institute. She is also an Instructor with Harvard Division of Continuing Education and is the cofounder of the Happy at Work podcast. She also taught in the Simmons School of Management and Hult International Business School for several years.

Nick Morgan

Nick has written hundreds of articles for local and national publications, and appears frequently on radio and TV. Nick is a former Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
