What You'll Learn

How can you become a better leader?

Incorporating both theory and practice, you will learn different methods of effective decisionmaking, as well as ways to avoid bad decisions. Using research in emotional intelligence as a framework, you will develop a greater understanding of the dual aspects of the decision-making process: intuitive vs. rational, and the respective values of both.
