Stephen Michael Impink

Michael Impink was a fellow at Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and is an instructor at Harvard Extension School, where he teaches Management of Technology and Strategies for the Digital Economy. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Strategy at HEC Paris and a research affiliate at Hi! Paris (AI for Society and Business) and Boston University TPRI.

Christina Inge

Christina is the founder of Thoughtlight, a Boston-based digital media agency serving mission-driven organizations, where she works to harness the power of digital media to serve communities, causes, and businesses. She is a highly rated instructor at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education where she won the Fussa Award for Teaching Excellence.

Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson is an instructor for two programs at Harvard DCE Professional & Executive Development, a best-selling author, and a strategic advisor to both start-ups and large brands in his native Bay Area. He recently served as an expert-in-residence for Nike in Portland, Oregon, and holds a PhD in cognitive psychology from Princeton University.

Swarna Kakodkar

Swarna Kakodkar is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience leading teams to deliver innovative and impactful software products. She currently leads a product management team at Google. Swarna earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Olivia Kang

Dr. Olivia Kang is a social neuroscientist and learning architect. Since 2021, she has been the Director of Learning at Imprint: Learn Visually — an ed tech startup and Google’s 2023 App of the Year — and an instructor for Harvard DCE Professional & Executive Development programs. Dr. Kang holds a PhD in Psychological & Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College and a BA in Psychology from Princeton University.

Maurie Kelly

Maurie is an instructor at Harvard University Extension School and at Penn State University. She has more than thirty years of professional experience working with, and developing solutions for, a wide range of organizations from government to industry to NGOs.

Eugene B. Kogan

Dr. Eugene B. Kogan is an award-winning Harvard thought leader and keynote speaker on power strategies in negotiation and leadership. He is the Principal & Managing Director of Kogan Global Advisory LLC & teaches at Harvard Division of Continuing Education’s Professional & Executive Development Programs.

Ted is a Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Hult International Business School and an Instructor at Harvard Division of Continuing Education.

Gina LaRoche

Gina LaRoche, co-founder of Seven Stones Leadership Group, is an organizational leadership consultant, facilitator, and executive coach. A Harvard Business School alumna, she helps executives and teams accelerate change and achieve meaningful results. Drawing on her expertise as a Strozzi Institute-trained Somatic Coach and meditation teacher, Gina brings a distinctive mind-body approach to leadership development.

Blake Lindsay

Blake is a core leader of McKinsey Implementation and our Electric Power & Natural Gas Practice, focused on driving sustainable change through large-scale transformations. His transformation work is focused primarily in heavy-asset industries, particularly in electric utilities. Blake is also a guest speaker for the Beyond Strategic Planning program with Harvard Professional & Executive Development.
