Matt Johnson is an instructor for two programs at Harvard DCE Professional & Executive Development, a best-selling author, and a strategic advisor to both start-ups and large brands in his native Bay Area. He recently served as an expert-in-residence for Nike in Portland, Oregon, and holds a PhD in cognitive psychology from Princeton University.

Julie Jungalwala

Julie M. Jungalwala is a leadership educator, coach, and author with over two decades of experience helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity and unlock human potential. She is the founder of Human Possibility and the Institute for the Future of Learning. Her work at the intersection of leadership and learning has earned her both the Donna Elder Inspired Leader Award and the Harvard Hero Award for outstanding contributions to Harvard University.

Swarna Kakodkar

Swarna Kakodkar is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience leading teams to deliver innovative and impactful software products. She currently leads a product management team at Google. Swarna earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Maurie Kelly

Maurie is an instructor at Harvard University Extension School and at Penn State University. She has more than thirty years of professional experience working with, and developing solutions for, a wide range of organizations from government to industry to NGOs.

Eugene B. Kogan

Dr. Eugene B. Kogan is an award-winning Harvard thought leader and keynote speaker on power strategies in negotiation and leadership. He is the Principal & Managing Director of Kogan Global Advisory LLC & teaches at Harvard Division of Continuing Education’s Professional & Executive Development Programs.

Ted Ladd

Ted is a Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the Hult International Business School and an Instructor at Harvard Division of Continuing Education.

Blake Lindsay

Blake is a core leader of McKinsey Implementation and our Electric Power & Natural Gas Practice, focused on driving sustainable change through large-scale transformations. His transformation work is focused primarily in heavy-asset industries, particularly in electric utilities. Blake is also a guest speaker for the Beyond Strategic Planning program with Harvard Professional & Executive Development.

Ben Little

Ben Little is an accomplished professor, practitioner, and researcher with a strong passion for innovation. As the Vice President of Design Strategy at Fidelity Investments, he leads explorations of new technologies and experiences. Additionally, Ben serves as the Program Director of Design Innovation at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where he leads graduate studies for students pursuing careers in new product and service design.

Laura Manley

Laura Manley is the Executive Director of the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. She is also an Instructor at the Harvard Extension School.
